Day 1: 
Meeting Point Kasara Railway Station at 01:20 am (Check Travel Help tab for recommended Train Time Table)
Travel to the base village by local jeeps till 4/5 am.
Start trek by 07:00 am,
Climb the fort till 03:00 pm and explore it till 06:00 pm
Dinner; Stay in the rock-cut caves.

Day 2:
Watch the sunrise, explore d remaining fort, breakfast; start descending by 09:00 am.
Reach Base village by 01:30 pm
Reach Kasara by 05:00 pm approx.


• Torch
• warm jacket (compulsory)
• A bottle of water (Minimum 2 Ltrs),
• warm clothes (compulsory)
• Medicine those if u require usually (Optional)
• A good trekking shoes
• Camera

• Pleases do not carry sling bags
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments.
• Torch with spare batteries
• Note: It is very important that you line the inside of your bags with a big polythene sheet. Doing so will ensure, that in the event of rain, even though your bag may get wet, your clothes will still remain dry!
• Lunch for Saturday.
• 2-3 bunch of papers

It is advised to board the second last compartment of the train from your respective stations so that we can meet in the compartment itself.

Kulang Fort:-

Kulang Fort in Kalsubai Mountain Range offers the longest and highest climb from the base to the top amongst any other fort in the Sahayadris.Standing at the height of 4822 ft, it also boasts about one of the finest views from the top and is graded as a medium / difficult trek.
The season makes it even more special. The clouds flowing and from above the fort can be seen in the given video.
